PLANT BASED BEGINNER’S BOOTCAMP
I do NOT eat only plant foods… But I do eat a lot of them representing most colors every day.
I don’t think eating only plant foods is the healthiest diet. And I don’t know if I can even do it for 5 days straight! However, I am open to finding out and changing my mind about these things.
For this reason, I accept the 5-Day Plant Based Challenge! I am looking forward to learning and possibly changing my beliefs and choices!
