5 Facets Of Health

5 facets of health

Some people spend years going from doctor to doctor chasing their symptoms and trying to find a diagnosis that explains their problems. Far too often this results in failed treatments, drained bank accounts, and a continued decline of health. In most cases, the cure is in the prevention.

Thomas Edison said “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease”. I agree.

Imagine if your health problems could be cured without ever finding out what caused them in the first place. What if there was a protocol for health that worked across the full spectrum of illnesses; that is, something you could do to empower your body to fix problems without you even knowing exactly what was wrong in the first place.

This concept is the very thing that most Alternative Healthcare Providers focus on. It assumes that the patient’s body is smarter than the patient… and the doctor. It recognizes that for the lifetime of the patient, the life inside of the patient somehow turned the food the person ate into parts of their body. It recognizes that there is an innate intelligence that strives for a healthy life. It assumes that the person was not born with a deficiency of drugs, but merely needs 5 things for optimal health. They are:

  1. Proper Nutrition
  2. Proper Exercise
  3. Proper Rest
  4. Proper Mental Health
  5. A Properly Functioning Nervous System

Improving your health really depends on identifying which of these 5 areas is deficient, making the necessary changes to remove the interference or cause of disease, and provide what is lacking for the body to fix itself. These 5 areas are complex and inter-related. A deficiency in any single component affects the others. In the same way, correcting any of the 5 components supports the others.

In the next series of articles, we will explore and expand the “5 Facets Of Health” to help you identify your weaknesses and make simple changes to improve your health regardless of what condition you may be suffering from.

Daughter has bad stretch marks from severe weight gain

Did laser surgery first time around

    Lost weight

    Then another severe gain

Will this type of aloe help?

They are like deep blue right now on thighs
      Abdomin back arms slightly

Do you think the aloe could help my 4 year old grandson who has autism? He is not on any medications and this is how we want to keep. We are very careful about his diet no dairy or gluten

Aloe vera can be beneficial for gut health, and a healthy gut is beneficial for digestion and the body chemistry. Having a healthy body / blood chemistry is necessary for optimal brain function. Your grandson would probably do best on an anti-inflammatory diet that includes lots of gut-healthy foods. This ties in with the GAPS (Gut & Psychology Syndrome) diet which was written by Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride for helping those with autism and more through diet.

Doctor Michael,I am a firm believer in what you are advocating and I truly believe diet is everything.I have never tried Stockton Aloe Vera but have used aloe vera directly from the plant for skin disorder sunburn relief and applying to the skin before going out in the sun
.Please keep up this excellent work you are doing as the populace really need to know what you are advocating.
    Yours most sincerely

Thank you, Victor. We think everyone should have their own aloe plant and harvest the leaves for skin and ingestion. Have you seen our “how to filet” video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKXLMD2Dv8o
