FAQ: Why Can’t I buy 1 Bottle? Our raw unfiltered aloe vera gel leaves our facility frozen shipped directly to you. Buy more bottles and $ave. Store one jug in the freezer and keep the other in the refrigerator to make sure you have the natural, health-promoting benefits of 100% pure aloe vera gel on hand every day.
States that border Florida ship in two days using ground… but your aloe may still be quite melted in the summertime. If you are in a 3-day shipping zone – Texas, Chicago, New York… and even further away from Florida, consider ordering 4 or even 8 bottles at a time. The more we ship, the less they melt on the way. Another option is to choose 2-day postage… especially from June through September.
Do NOT buy this product for the “flavor”. It tastes like real aloe vera and has a slimy texture with lots of pulp – because that is what is in the bottle… just pure raw aloe vera and nothing else. Some like the taste, but not all! People buy it for the benefits, not the taste.
Generally, what we have observed is, less healthy people dislike the taste more than healthy people. The health gurus tend to love the taste. If you are super taste sensitive and will only eat and drink things that taste good, this product is not for you.
Sometimes it tastes more bitter than other times. It is not “bad”. It’s raw aloe vera. If it arrived to you in 3 days or less and you don’t like the taste, we do not replace the aloe vera. This is just an indication that this is not a product for you. There are other brands that are filtered, standardized, decolorized, and deodorized. You may want to try one of them instead.
The BPA free jugs are actually 64-oz containers, but each is filled with 58-oz of Aloe barbadensis miller-stockton gel (Aloe Vera – Stockton variety). We don’t fill them to the top because we ship our product fresh-frozen and must leave room in the jug for expansion during freezing. The bottles are often thawed yet still cold by the time the customer receives it.
Many of our customers order their fresh gel in the 4-gallon size to take advantage of bulk pricing. They then transfer the product from the bucket to the jugs (again … leaving room for expansion). PLEASE DO NOT USE GLASS TO RE-FREEZE!
No matter which size you choose, though, you can be sure you are getting hand-filleted, health-promoting, 100% raw Aloe gel from the inner parts of the Aloe barbadensis miller-stockton species only. This is the same variety first discovered and researched by Aloe pioneer, Rodney Stockton. There are no preservatives in our aloe vera gel. We freeze the aloe to preserve it.
Please open your package immediately and refrigerate or re-freeze. We recommend that you use your thawed product within 7 days or re-freeze it immediately.
We must choose a shipping method that will get our product to you within 3 days during the summer. We ship from South Florida…Mondays and Tuesdays for most of the Country… Wednesdays and Thursdays to some States near us. After 3 days, the aloe will be mostly thawed and ready for consumption or “pouring” and refreezing (see our YouTube video for pouring aloe details). During the summer months, there is a good chance your Aloe vera will be completely thawed by the time you get it. If it is, this is a good opportunity to pour it into smaller containers for re-freezing.
